The planned operator workflow

The planned workflow brings supplier information, marketplace activity and fulfillment exceptions into one operational view.

The development direction covers supplier connection, product listings, changing inventory and prices, orders, shipment tracking and exceptions that need an operator’s attention. House Plant Dropship and eBay are initial development targets, not announced production integrations.

A pilot should follow one product and one order across the intended connections, verify which system owns each change and define what happens when an update fails. Operator review is especially important where incorrect stock or pricing could affect a customer order.

Availability, supported integrations, automation limits and commercial terms will need their own release documentation. The corporate site provides a project overview rather than an operational connection or order-management console.

  • Trace one complete supplier-to-fulfillment workflow
  • Make exceptions and system ownership visible to operators
  • Validate each integration before describing it as available
