Care Management · PUBLIC DOCUMENTATION
From setup to the end of the day
Set up your people and patients, plan the day, record the work and review what needs attention.
Add your staff
Create employee profiles, record job titles and departments, and review qualifications. Give staff the workspace access and permissions needed for their responsibilities.
Set up your patients
Add patient contacts, allergies, preferences, routines and existing medication or diet instructions. Keep the source and review history with those records.
Assign the care team and schedule
Assign reviewed staff to patient care teams. Draft shifts, check for conflicts and required qualifications, and publish schedules for the team.
Record care and share updates
Authorized staff review patient information and documented routines, then write dated care notes. The next caregiver can read those updates and follow the record’s history.
Keep stock up to date
Record stock intake, counts and transfers. Check expiration dates and send adjustments through the required review and approval process.
Review the day
Review timecards, visitor records, patient history and activity reports. Follow up on changes and unresolved questions, with permissions controlling who can approve each action.
- Start with staff responsibilities and patient information.
- Give caregivers a clear record of the day’s work.
