Knowledge-base delivery status and remaining acceptance
Current editorial checkpoint — 2026-10-20
Content reconciliation is bounded through framework commit 84f415b3098af5653577b2c65eea31fca21df79c. The candidate is committed locally, unpublished 0.2.0-rc.1, PHP >=8.5.11 <8.6.0; the KB retains installed 0.1.0-rc.1 and its existing local runtime. The intended current catalog is 79 articles: 43 framework guides, 25 local guides, eight inert source examples and three KB guides. Exact import/check completion belongs in EDITORIAL_IMPORT_2026-10-20.md, not an inference from this status page.
Opt-in atomic SQL webhooks, JSON module policy, bounded private audit search, native closed media/monitoring and Q03 scanner/quarantine now have source-backed documentation. Nothing is activated here. The original acceptance register is 148 PASS / 15 TO VERIFY / four optional N/A; REL-02/PORT-03 exceptions remain PENDING / NOT ACCEPTED. Human/independent review, selected host/feed/outer lifecycle, real alert acknowledgement, browser/device/onboarding, genuine upgrade history and exact owner signoff remain gates, not documentation defects that this update can close. Legacy bridge retirement has no automatic date. Console/developer-panel, AJAX/live-streaming and FrontBase plans are proposals.
The October 17 editorial import occurred at 10:51:06 AM Eastern; the later report and preview entries did not import newer framework content. Prior source hashes, IDs and immutable revisions are retained. See current log and its topic coverage map. The dated sections below preserve earlier qualification scope; their missing- code/dirty-source/no-Git statements are not current status.
Local verification for this update passes 335 application/content, 17 PWA and 17 native HTTP checks (369 functional checks), 69 PHP/CLI syntax files, JavaScript/public-surface/deprecation gates and Composer validation. Examples are illustrative: twelve PHP fragments were parsed, not executed against the candidate. The first loopback attempt was sandbox-blocked; the existing owned fixture then passed with local execution permission. Optional Apache/Docker, framework qualification, physical browser/device/human and live providers were not rerun. The final log/map records the selected revision and preservation checks. Owner review and separately scoped adoption/qualification remain next.
Historical qualification continuation — 2026-10-17
Owner approved a standalone KB Git repository with credentials/private runtime/ vendor/actual-backup exclusions, after the verified full ZIP. Earlier no-Git statements below are historical. First source baseline and PHP 8.5 test-harness compatibility checks are the current unit. Docker copies may test the current framework; do not replace original vendor/lock/runtime or claim historical-release upgrade, browser/human/host qualification from a single app's automated tests. The central module activation policy is logged in the framework as PLANNED, not implemented or enabled in this KB. Live integrations remain OFF.
Standalone Git baseline90e02fa is now saved. The PHP 8.5 curl_close test-harness deprecations are repaired and fail-on-deprecation regression coverage added. Installed and disposable current-framework Docker profiles both pass the PHP/ application/native-HTTP checks cleanly; separate JS/PWA checks pass. Original vendor/lock/private state/content remain unchanged. Follow-up Docker run cf-kb-apache-1b645d96c7286f0f now also passes40 actual Apache2.4.68/FPM PHP8.5.11 HTTPS checks for each snapshot, with68 syntax checks, no PHP diagnostics and owned cleanup. This resolves the missing local KB Linux/FPM target evidence, not all host/operations/browser/human/upgrade gates.1,618 protected original files, including24 private-runtime files, remain hash-identical to the backup. See fixture contract, APACHE_FPM_2026-10-17.json and the earlier immutable QUALIFICATION_2026-10-17.json.
Next: approved bounded worker/scheduler/storage/alert-path Docker drills and remaining native-tool qualification where the required real tools are supplied. Actual human accessibility/security/onboarding reviews, external delivery/ack, off-host recovery and formal first-release/legacy acceptance dispositions remain open. Daniel Horowitz is assigned the human roles; assignment is not evidence that reviews ran or that independence/unfamiliarity conditions were satisfied. Do not adopt dependencies, reimport content or infer a release from these tests.
Historical 2026-10-17 documentation checkpoint — not candidate adoption
At that checkpoint, the private catalog had 74 articles (38 framework guides, 25 local how-tos/checkpoint guides, eight inert source examples and three KB application guides). See candidate status and EDITORIAL_IMPORT_2026-10-17.md for source/hash/topic reconciliation. A new immutable revision supersedes, but does not rewrite, the earlier 67-article revision. Historical counts/checks below remain dated evidence.
The framework reference is dirty/unpublished 0.2.0-rc.1, stable PHP >=8.5.11 <8.6.0, with 145 scoped PASS / 18 TO VERIFY / four optional N/A. All 18 criteria remain open; especially CF-INT-01 / INT-09/10: consequential webhook receipt/outbox atomicity has not been supplied/qualified. No superiority, production approval or genuine prior-release upgrade is claimed.
This KB still runs its independently mirrored 0.1.0-rc.1 dependency and local PHP 8.2.11 profile. Documentation does not authorize Composer/runtime adoption. Separate decisions are needed for candidate upgrade/BC/worker transition, independent security review, maintainers/signoff, actual host/on-call and browser/human/native/paid-provider qualification. General AJAX, template caching, default ORM and browser-agent execution remain absent/deferred.
No Git repository is present in this application directory; no commit or parent repository initialization is performed. Final checks and any blockers are recorded in the editorial import log, not inferred from old phase results.
Local implementation complete; no deployment
All six planned local build phases are implemented. This is not live-provider or production-host acceptance. No Prosperous Pairs access is authorized.
| Phase | Local delivery | Evidence/boundary |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Developer access/foundation | Implemented | Current-account authorization, native session/CSRF/cookie rotation, revocation, environment isolation, private access audit, crash-atomic accounts and fail-closed atomic limiter. No default credentials. |
| 2. Dark interface | Implemented | Icon rail, guide tree, article/context panes, desktop/phone navigation, keyboard search and copy controls. Native PHP, escaped Markdown and text-only answers. Local protected browser flows inspected; complete assistive-technology audit remains external. |
| 3. Documentation/search | Implemented | 79 selected private documents: 43 framework guides, 25 local how-to/checkpoint guides, eight fixed source examples, three application guides. Candidate provenance and current local evidence coexist with dated roadmap history; no acceptance gap is closed by text. Atomic revisions, hashes, protected source links and permission-filtered search remain. |
| 4. Guarded AI | Implemented; disabled | Fixed Responses adapter with no tools, consent, current ai.ask checks, bounded context/transport/schema, current citation hashes/exact quotes, retained worst-case budgets, user/global quotas and safe audit. Deterministic provider/adversarial/concurrency checks pass. No key/model/live call supplied. |
| 5. PWA | Implemented | Manifest and 192/512px icons, versioned exact public-shell cache, generic offline screen, private/API/auth exclusions and native install hooks. PWA contract checks pass; physical installation remains external. |
| 6. Local release readiness | Implemented locally | Syntax/public-surface gate, real native HTTP tests, isolated Apache/mod_php/HTTPS routing/denial/cookie checks, operator/AI/backup/retention runbooks. No actual deployment. |
Initial build verification (2026-10-10): 148 functional checks (96 app/AI/concurrency/import/router, 17 PWA contracts, 17 native HTTP, 18 Apache HTTPS), plus PHP/JS syntax and public-surface checks. Real browser logout and generic offline fallback were also verified after stopping the owned loopback preview; temporary synthetic account/server state was removed.
Documentation update verification (2026-10-15): 105 application checks, including nine new roadmap/pipeline canonical-source, protected-rendering, denial, search and link assertions; 17 PWA checks; 17 native HTTP checks; PHP/JS syntax and public-surface gate; Composer validation. These 139 checks passed. Two canonical framework guides are now in the 67-article private catalog. The framework gap backlog, proposed CI/CD, comparative benchmarks and hosted acceptance remain future work; the optional Apache suite was not rerun for this update.
External acceptance — needs a separately approved target or human decision
- Developer access/provisioning: one user-approved local DEV account was enrolled and its native sign-in verified on 2026-10-10. Hosted STAGE/PROD account provisioning remains unperformed and requires separate approval. Choose a deployment operator and decide whether deployment risk requires MFA/enterprise SSO, account recovery or fine-grained team ACLs; those are not silently included in this build.
- Optional AI activation: approve proprietary-data sharing, dedicated provider project/key, supported model, verified price ceilings and provider-side spending controls. Run live sandbox model/usage/refusal/citation-quality/injection evaluations only with new explicit permission. Citations prove excerpt provenance, not factual entailment of every sentence.
- Hosting: identify an independent approved server/hostname, TLS/PHP handler, filesystem owner, proxy policy and deployment owner. Verify rewrites, PHP execution (no source exposure), cookie/security headers and private denials on that host. Local Apache evidence does not authorize a live deployment.
- Physical devices/accessibility: test iOS/Android install/update/offline/logout/account-switch behavior and complete keyboard/screen-reader/contrast review with intended users. Responsive emulation is not device or accessibility certification.
- Capacity/operations: run target-scale search/login/provider concurrency and storage-failure/load tests; assign disk alerts and offline session/rate/audit cleanup. The retention tool plans only. Verify encrypted backup/restore and spending-ledger continuity on an approved disposable target before hosting.
- Runtime matrix: the local checks ran PHP 8.2.11/Node/Apache 2.4.57. Validate other intended PHP/OS/FPM/proxy combinations independently; do not infer the whole matrix from syntax compatibility.
Deliberately outside the initial build
- Public registration, public documentation/API publication, production provisioning, application deployment, or Prosperous Pairs access.
- Autonomous article editing/publishing, tool execution, shell/SQL actions, arbitrary path/URL context, stored provider conversations and browser/offline private-data caches.
- Multi-host storage, distributed budgets, arbitrary subdirectory mounts, offline private reading, general framework AJAX-only navigation, rich executable Mermaid, arbitrary source browsing and general account administration.
- Advanced Markdown/reference syntax and precise arbitrary source fragments. Approved eight source examples are complete inert snapshots; other source links remain plain text unless explicitly added to the editorial map.
Recovery
Previous editorial verification (2026-10-17): 286 application/content checks, 17 PWA and 17 native HTTP checks, PHP/JS syntax across 62 PHP/CLI files, public-file surface and Composer validation passed. Article-wide private rendering and new-topic search/denial/provenance/link checks are included. Historical revisions, vendor and dependency files were hash-checked unchanged. The optional Apache suite, physical browsers/humans, providers and framework acceptance suites were not run for this import. Unmapped raw evidence/source references deliberately remain inert text; their inventory is in the editorial coverage record. The selected catalog's navigation remains functional.
Read BUILD_LOG.md, README.md and the two runbooks; inspect actual files before interpreting a status. Run composer verify plus the optional local Apache check. Documentation publication is a deliberate operator import, not inferred from a log. Preserve independent framework source and all live state. The original verified framework backup remains documented in BACKUP.md.
