The problem
The current opportunity is to explore a companion to FrontBaseJS without blurring the responsibilities already held by Clean Framework and the browser runtime.
The approach
Before implementation, the project needs an explicit use case, runtime target, request contract and ownership model. Its relationship to the existing foundations should make integration easier to understand and maintain.
Where it stands
BackBaseJS is at the planning stage. The first milestone is a defined scope and a working example of the coordination problem it is intended to solve.
Commercial direction
A possible commercial offering would follow validated technical scope and the proprietary product model. Pricing, distribution and support decisions have not been made.
What comes next
A narrowly scoped prototype will establish its request contract, failure behavior and responsibilities. That evidence will guide packaging and adoption decisions.
